ការចងក្រងសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មអេឡិចត្រូនិក

ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអេឡិចត្រូនិក (E-Commerce) សំដៅលើសកម្មភាពទិញលក់ទំនិញ ឬសេវាកម្មតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ិនធើណេត ដែលអាចផ្តល់នូវកាលានុវត្តភាពថ្មីៗសម្រាប់សហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេង ដើម្បីចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ដើម្បីធានានូវសុក្រឹតភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រភេទនេះ តម្រូវឱ្យមានច្បាប់សម្រាប់គ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការទូទៅ។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលទទួលបានជំនួយពីកម្មវិធីគាំទ្រកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (TDSP) បានជួយនាយកដ្ឋាននីតិកម្ម ក្នុងការចងក្រងសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពី «E-Commerce» នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

“E-Commerce” refers to the trade of goods and services through internet system that provides great business opportunities for young entrepreneurs to contribute to the growth. E-Commerce, however, requires a specific law to regulate its operation to ensure the accuracy and safety.
In this context, the Ministry of Commerce with funding support from the Trade Development Support Program (TDSP) contributed by the Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF), has supported Legal Affairs Department to draft the E-Commerce law in Cambodia.
